Ho-Oh's Realm now have a Pokemon Online server! Pokemon Online is an online pokemon battling simulator, and allows you to battle other people using a team you can make on your client. All pokemon are included, as well as TM/HM moves, egg moves, etc. and you can even changes your pokemon's EVs or IVs, make them shiny, or change their happiness (for the sake of Return/Frustration).

If you want to download the client, you can download it at http://www.pokemon-online.eu/download.

Once you have downloaded the client, install it somewhere where you have permissions to, and load it. After you've installed it, load it and open the Teambuilder. From there, put in your trainer information then go on to make your team. It's a fairly simple process, but if you require further instructions, post a topic on the forums or ask on the IRC network.

When you finish creating your team, save it, then close the Teambuilder and reload the client. This time, click on Go Online. In the small box labelled 'Advanced Connection' just above the "Go Back" and "Advanced Connection" button, type in flame.ho-ohrealm.net:5080 and click the Advanced Connection button. Due to various reasons, there might not be anyone on at the time, and if that is the case, try going on the IRC and asking someone if they would like to battle with you. You can battle as much as you like, but there's a simple, very important rule:

Don't challenge someone over and over if they refuse your challenge the first time.

This CAN earn you a kick or even a ban from the server, so please respect other people. If someone is repeatedly challenging you, just put yourself on idle mode. The option is under Options -> Idle or you can right click on your nickname and click Go Away.

There are some default/simple rules if you type /rules. A simple commands list can be found by doing /commands or !commands.

It's a pretty fun thing to do when you're bored or even when you're looking for something fun to do.
